What counts as a conversion?
Each invoice PDF you process counts as one conversion. If you upload a five-page document, that is still a single conversion — only complete invoices are counted, not pages.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Pro and Team are month-to-month subscriptions with no annual commitment. Cancel in one click and you keep access until the end of your billing period; unused quota does not roll over.
Is my data used for training?
No. Your invoices are processed solely to perform the extraction and are never used to train models or shared with third parties for advertising.
What formats can I export?
All plans export to Excel (.xlsx) and CSV. Pro and Team add QuickBooks IIF export, which imports your vendor bills directly into QuickBooks Desktop with line items, tax, and totals intact.
